On 24 April 2026, CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (“CICT”) released its first quarterly business update for FY2026. A key point of note this quarter is that CICT announced the SGD3.9 billion acquisition of Paragon, a prime mixed-use retail and medical/office property on Orchard Road.
