It is said that Meghan Markle was asking for trouble as soon as she met Prince Harry.
The Duchess of Sussex, who tied the knot with Prince Harry in 2018, saw the best day of her life turn into a tragedy.
Royal expert Ingrid Seward told The Mirror: “Their wedding was like a Disney movie and the highlight of Meghan’s life and her ambitions. The weather was beautiful, cloudless skies, crowds and cheering. There was no doubt it was the best day of her life, but it should never be repeated and as soon as the ring was on her finger the trouble started, so there’s clearly secret pain there.
“I think her absent father causes her pain because he reminds her of her past life and she probably feels some guilt about the way things have turned out. The whole world has been against her and Harry sometimes, and she’s well aware of that. So, she wants to stand up for herself and stop all these things.”
Prince Harry left the royal family in 2020 along with wife Meghan Markle and son Prince Archie. The couple later accused the royal family of showing racism towards their son and shared their grievances publicly on television. Harry and Meghan now live in California, where they also welcomed their daughter, Princess Lilibet.
