Kris Jenner has been granted a restraining order that protects her and all six of her children from the man she accuses of stalking.
The reality TV matriarch submitted the request, pleading for protection for herself, her daughters Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner, and son Rob Kardashian.
In documents received by the court daily Mail, She claimed that Kyle Robert Devik tried to visit Kylie’s home several times in 2021 and was repeatedly turned away by his guards until he was eventually arrested on his fifth attempt.
She also accused Devic of deluding herself that Kris was chatting up her and encouraging her to propose to Kylie, before he changed his stance and “interfered” in their alleged relationship.
According to Kris, Dewick recently resumed his bid to “get closer” to the family, trying to contact their neighbors, looking for residences for sale nearby, and even touring a property within a mile of the Kardashian-Jenners.
Claiming that she was informed that Devic had a criminal history, including a history of violent assault, Chris requested a restraining order for herself and her children on Friday morning.
A judge granted the order a few hours later, barring Devic from contacting the family “directly or indirectly” and requiring him to stay at least 100 yards away from them, their homes, their workplaces and their cars.
