King Charles made sure Meghan Markle was not invited to Balmoral where Queen Elizabeth II breathed her last.
Her Majesty, who was a prince at the time, told her younger son, Prince Harry, that his wife could not come and see the Queen on her deathbed.
Author Tom Bowers writes in his book Betrayal: “When Charles heard that Meghan intended to come, he called Harry. This was unacceptable, Charles said.”
The author wrote: “Because Meghan had declined the Queen’s invitation to Balmoral during her lifetime, she was not welcomed to Balmoral on her deathbed.
He added: “Charles ends his argument by revealing that Kate will not be coming, so Meghan has not been chosen.
Prince Harry left the royal family in 2020 along with wife Meghan Markle and son Prince Archie. The couple later accused the royal family of showing racism towards their son and shared their grievances publicly on television. Harry and Meghan now live in California, where they also welcomed their daughter, Princess Lilibet.
