Back in January, Motorola unveiled the Moto G67 and Moto G77. Based on Motorola.com and some support pages from an Italian retailer, it looks like a third model is planned.
Motorola Moto G87 can be seen on this page – Know about Moto G87 At Motorola.com. Alas, the page contains a hardware overview without any details. From the schematic images, we can tell that it looks like a typical Motorola, which isn’t much. We’ve got some good news – here’s how insert a microSD card In the G87, that apparently supports cards up to 2TB in the hybrid slot.

Italian retailer Apto has listed the Moto G87 – both configured with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage and both priced at €406.89. For reference, the G77 is priced at €350 and the G67 at €300 on Motorola’s Italian site. Both versions are colored differently: pantone overture gray (a dark slate grey) and Pantone Blue Atoll (Cyan). Unfortunately, there are no images of the phone.

The Moto G87 will be available in two Pantone colors: • Overture Gray • Atoll Blue
However, that’s not all. Our tipster (thanks!) sent us a link to a firmware dump that shows many wallpapers. Two of them are called Overture and Blue Atoll, which match the colors of the phone. But there are four more: arctic seal, black olive, indigo and shaded spruce. You shouldn’t be surprised that there are corresponding Pantone color names:

The firmware also gives the code name that Motorola uses for the Moto G87, Naples, and a platform: MT6835. It matches several Dimensity 6000 series chips: 6100+, 6300 and 6400. It’s unclear whether this includes the latest chip, the Dimensity 6500. For reference, the Moto G67 uses the Dimensity 6300 and the G77 uses the 6400.
