A BRIT snowboarder has tragically died after falling more than 300ft off a rocky ledge at a French ski resort.
The 43-year-old man, who has not been named, is believed to have been skiing alone on the slopes of La Plagne.

A spokesman for the Moden police mountain rescue unit said: “It is believed the victim may have fallen at least a hundred meters (320 feet) off a rocky ledge in off-piste area on Saturday.
“Emergency services were alerted to the missing at around 2.15am and dispatched patrols.
“Rescuers soon determined that the missing British man was last seen using the ski lifts in the Bécoin area of La Plagne.”
